Makeup Masterclasses
1-2-1 Masterclasses
One to one lesson with a Courtney Beauty Professional Makeup Artist are based at your home or booking location choice. During the lesson the Courtney Beauty MUA (Makeup Artist) will use their professional makeup kit to perform a step-by-step in-depth instructional demonstration of a makeup look of your choice, on one side of your face. Once the Courtney Beauty Makeup Artist has completed the demonstration, they will answer any of your queries and run through any steps that you are struggling with. After all questions have been answered your Courtney Beauty professional will allow you to use the products from their professional makeup kit to apply the makeup onto the other half of your face to complete the look. During this period, they will watch your application and give you tips and tricks as you go along to improve your makeup knowledge and application skills. After your application is complete your Courtney Beauty MUA will allow you another period of time to ask questions about hygiene & safety precautions, the correct brushes and tools to use, skin preparation, what products would work best for you and any of questions you have regarding the makeup application and preparation process. Each one-to-one lesson will be tailored to your individual needs for example makeup styles and colours so you know you will be receiving the best lesson for specifically for you! When booking your lesson please specify the makeup style and colour palette you wish to be taught so we can tailor the lesson for your individual needs. (120 mins)
An online 1-2-1 master class is perfect for you if you wish to expand and develop your knowledge around makeup and makeup application and have a professional makeup artist give you live instructional advice and tips whilst you apply a makeup look of your choice. During the online masterclass you will have the full attention of a professional Courtney Beauty MUA who will apply a makeup look of your choice onto themselves as a demonstration. After each step of the makeup your Courtney Beauty MUA will give you the time to copy each step on yourselves you’re your own makeup, giving you live feedback and ways to improve. Throughout the entire lesson you are free to ask questions regarding hygiene & safety precautions, the correct brushes and tools to use, skin preparation, what products would work best for you and any other questions you have regarding the makeup application and preparation process. Once you are finished with the makeup application your Courtney Beauty MUA will give you one last bit of feedback and answer any further queries you have. Your professional MUA will also recommend you products and tools that will assist you in enhancing your makeup application and final outcome. Each one-to-one lesson will be tailored to your individual needs for example makeup styles and colours so you know you will be receiving the best lesson for specifically for you! Group Masterclasses
A Courtney Beauty Group Masterclass is perfect for hen dos, birthday parties or a group of friends who want to learn and expand their knowledge of makeup and makeup application. During the lesson your Courtney Beauty MUA will ask for a volunteer to be worked on and to be the group demonstration model. Once the model has volunteered the Courtney Beauty MUA (Makeup Artist) will use their professional makeup kit to perform a step-by-step in-depth instructional demonstration of a makeup look of the group’s choice, on one side of the models face. During this time, it is suggested to bring a note pad and pen to take notes so that you can record the tips and tricks that you learn throughout the masterclass. Once the Courtney Beauty Makeup Artist has completed the demonstration, they will answer any of the group’s queries and run through any steps that you are struggling with. After all questions have been answered, your Courtney Beauty professional will allow the model to use the products from their professional makeup kit to apply the makeup onto the other half of their face to complete the makeup look. During this period, the Courtney Beauty MUA will watch the model’s application and give the group tips and tricks on how improve your makeup knowledge and application skills. After the model’s application is complete your Courtney Beauty MUA will allow you another period of time to ask questions about hygiene & safety precautions, the correct brushes and tools to use, skin preparation, what products would work best for you and any other questions you have regarding the makeup application and preparation process. Each group lesson will be uniquely tailored to fit the group. When booking your group lesson please specify the makeup style and colours you wish to be taught so we can tailor the lesson correctly for your group. (120 mins)
