Yes, all of my artists and technicians are fully insured to provide goods and services.
- I request that if you are having a makeup service, please be ready with a clean and makeup free face.
- If you are having any of our hair services your hair is freshly washed and dried before we arrive.
- Please prepare a dedicated table (to put the make-up on) and chair (for you to sit on) in a well lit area

I like the application of false eyelashes guarantees that the makeup look is complete, so lashes are included in the price. If you do not wish to wear lashes the price of the booking will not change
I recommend that you book your service as soon as you know the date of your event. This is to ensure the availability of an artist/technician on your desired booking date.
I require a minimum of 7 days notice between booking and the date of the service.
No, you are required to pay the full amount of the service up-front when booking, this is because we have a high demand from clients. If you wish to cancel a booking please visit our cancellation policy
If you wish for the artist to return to apply makeup touch-ups or alter the makeup in any way, you can book this via the 'extras' tab in the service menu
Currently Courtney Beauty sells makeup services and Gift Cards to be used to redeem beauty services, however in the near future Courtney Beauty will be providing a variety of other beauty services such as Nails, Tan , Hair and beauty products such as nail care items, makeup tools and more!

Due to the outbreak of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) Courtney Beauty is doing everything we can to protect you, our clients, our community and our staff. Symptoms of COVID-19 include: FEVER, FATIGUE, DRY COUGH, and DIFFICULTY BREATHING. Prior to your service your Courtney Beauty artist will ask you to sign a waiver detailing the information above, info about photography and allergies. By signing this form, you agree that you nor any members of your household have experienced any of the symptoms listed, you nor any members of your household believe that they have been exposed to the Coronavirus (COVID-19), you nor any members of your household have been diagnosed with the Coronavirus (COVID-19) within the past 30 days. Courtney Beauty cannot be held liable for any exposure to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) caused by misinformation on this from or the health history provided by the client.
Yes, each and every Courtney Beauty employee are passionate about your safety as the client and also our safety as the artists. Courtney Beauty artists clean and sanitise their kit in-between every client with the appropriate anti-bacterial and anti-viral solutions. Makeup brushes are cleaned using 99% IPA and disposable wands are used wherever possible. We also clean the surface we will be working on before and after the service, additionally protecting the surface where-ever possible with a towel or kitchen roll.
Yes, here at Courtney Beauty we are passionate about the safety of our clients and employees. We will wear a facemask throughout the duration of your service and regularly use hand sanitiser to maintain a high level of hygiene standard
Yes, you can have up to two other persons in the immediate surrounding area during the service. They are required to adhere to social distancing and wear a face mask if they wish to be in the surrounding area of the artist. We advise against having more than two persons in the immediate surrounding area during the service to increase the safety of yourself and our artist and to provide a calm and relaxed environment with minimal distractions to the artist can perform the best service for you
