Step 1

Browse through the Courtney Beauty website and look through the wide variety of services available. Choose the service that suits your requirements

Step 2

Once you have decided on your chosen service get into contact with Courtney Beauty via the enquiry page, email address (contact@courtneybeauty.co.uk) or by phone (07760 595680). If you get into contact with us via email or the enquiry page you are required to leave your name, phone number, email address and the service you require, so Courtney Beauty can get back into contact with you via phone.

Step 3

Courtney Beauty will then get into contact with you via the phone number you provided to ask a variety of questions and tailor you’re booking to your requirements and needs. Additionally, this phone call will also give Courtney Beauty the means to arrange a booking slot, you will receive this booking slot via the email address you provide

Step 4

Within 24 hours of the phone call to Courtney Beauty you will receive an email linking you to your booking slot via the Courtney Beauty website. Your slot will be listed under your name on the time and date you requested. Payment is required up-front for Courtney Beauty services; this is because we do not accept deposits. Step 5

Within 24 hours of payment, you will then receive an email that contains your invoice and important information regarding your service booking, including a pre-appointment questionnaire. This questionnaire is vital, please read and fill out this questionnaire to completion. Failure to complete the questionnaire will result in Courtney Beauty being unable to carry out any makeup application

Step 6

Within 24 hours of completing the pre-appointment questionnaire you will receive an email detailing the completion of the pre-appointment questionnaire and information of how to prepare yourself on the day of the makeup service

Step 7

The day of the service. Your makeup artist will apply your desired makeup look.

Step 8

Up to 48 hours after your makeup service is carried out you will receive an email which will include a link and give you the opportunity to give Courtney Beauty feedback and leave a review on your experience
